Your Journey Guide

Our aim is to assist  you with all your requirements and queries, to ensure that you make an informed decision, and to secure your wellbeing and safety.

To assist us in obtaining all the relevant information, the following forms need to be completed:

Step 1 - Optional

Procedure Quotation – Client to complete
This form enables you to review the costs for your chosen procedure in South Africa. Since the quotation is automatically returned, it excludes accommodation and certain listed items.

Step 2

General Enquiry Form – Client to Complete
This is the initial enquiry from you to Body Contours. From this we will be able to compile a detailed quotation according to your selected options.

We exclude flight costs but are able to provide you with a quotation upon your request.

Step 3

Detailed Quotation – Body Contours
Body Contours will now be able to submit a detailed quotation based on your selected procedure, accommodation and rejuvenation requirements.

If you have selected additional requirements, we will evaluate and quote for them.

Please note that you are under no obligation and have the choice to review and discuss any further options until you are totally satisfied.

Step 4

Medical History / Disclaimer – Client to submit
On submission of this form we are able to access your requirements for the selected procedure.

In consultation with the surgeons and medical staff, we will examine your individual needs.

Our physicians may require further information for certain procedures, but we will advise you in this regard.
We require your permission to discuss items with your resident General Practitioner if necessary.

You are entitled to a free consultation with the surgeon who will answer questions, helping you to gain confidence.

We have also outlined the disclaimer for your convenience.
Please familiarize yourself with these. Should you have questions please feel free to ask us.

Digital or Photo Prints sent to us – Client to submit
We require digital or printed photographs of the area you are considering having surgery on.

This information is secure, strictly confidential, and used for a medical evaluation with the medical team.

Please feel free to discuss any issues with us or our surgeons throughout the process and after your return home.

Step 5

Booking Form– Client to submit
Once you are satisfied with the information you have received and the service provided, you are required to complete the booking form.

We will confirm all medical arrangements and selected accommodation packages once we have received your booking form and non-refundable deposit.

We will remain in telephonic contact with you to answer any further questions, and our medical team will be at your disposal for any medical queries you may have.

Step 6

Once you arrive
From the moment you arrive in South Africa, and throughout your journey, Body Contours will be right beside you.

Your medical coordinator or companion will meet you at the airport in a private vehicle, and transport you to your recuperation venue.

Your guesthouse, hotel or resort is carefully pre-selected according to your unique requirements and preferences, ensuring that you feel quite at home.

Once you have settled in, your Body Contours companion will drive you to the medical center for a pre-op consultation with the surgeon you have chosen.

At this point neither you nor the surgeon is under obligation to proceed with the operation.

The balance of the costs is only due once you are satisfied with the consultation and all your questions have been answered.

Step 7

The day of operation
On the day of your surgery, you will be accompanied to the hospital, and assisted with the admission forms.

We will supply you with a pack of necessities for your stay at the hospital, and your companion will stand by you, both prior to the operation and during visiting hours to see to anything else you may require.

Step 8

Recuperation and Rejuvenation
Once the surgeon has released you from the hospital you will be driven to your selected accommodation for your recuperation period.
Here you will be encouraged to relax and recover in private.

You will be given an instruction sheet highlighting necessary points for your speedy recovery and wellbeing.

The post-op consultation will take place between 5 and 7 days after the operation. Once the surgeon is satisfied, you will be free to enjoy a rejuvenating holiday exploring the wildlife or unspoiled coastline of the region.

Step 9

Return Home
At this stage you will have experienced an incredible journey that will release your new inner self.

Whilst you have left South Africa, we will continue to monitor your progress as part of our aftercare programme.
